My mindset is one of “grab each moment, crack it open and suck out the marrow.” I spend a lot of time in physical pain and soreness, and will likely die some kind of exciting death, but I don’t waste moments. Often.

Beautiful poetry and sunset.

Yes! Love it! It's an inner fire, or intensity, some grab it and some let it pass them by.

I call it “playing with house money” it’s far easier to go all in when you’ve already been to rock bottom. Those of us who have survived “something major” and are still here have an opportunity to live with eyes wide open in a way that others can’t comprehend. I don’t know your story, but I bet there is one…

Sorry for all the quotation marks, I cant use italics in comments 😆

Playing with house money.....it's a game of risk...You'd bet right.

So true about the now. I love the sunset picture and that you can view it from your farm every night. Also, yes deja vu can be a memory about your future (like a dream you had about a future moment). I laughed at your “darn those new agers are right sometimes.” I get that. I’m just an old school Hermeticist. But my favorite part was the unspoken moments of gnosis between strangers. That’s the stuff. Great writing as always. I’m not accusing you of talking to yourself but if you do, pretty sure you rhyme it. 😀

I'm definitely not a new ager, but I give credit where it applies. You are hilarious, yes everything wants to rhyme in my mind, I can't make it stop, it's all the time. :)

Ha ha. There you go again rhyming. I know you aren’t a new ager and just giving credit where due, just made me laugh how you said it.
