Here we go again, INSERT VIRTUE SIGNALING OR NEED TO FEEL LIKE I’M DOING SOMETHING WHEN I’M NOT HERE, no I’m not yelling even though it looks like it. 😊
The internet these days sounds like this:
OMG do you feel the spiritual energy, it must be a spiritual attack, solar flares, alien interference, oh my, what do we do…spread the word, put your square up on your profile, wear your mask…all the same thing, different audiences.
OMG “they” are after us, it must be an attack, what are we going to do, how can we stop them…spread the word, tell everyone all the problems but comfort no one, offer no solutions, this must be the end (how many times has the thing sure to happen never happened?)…kind of like the doom and gloom the media spreads, same thing, different audiences.
Once again, your attention was just stolen, diverted, your energy harvested, you fell into the trap, …you do not get to pass go, you will not collect $200. Next week it will be something new and these cycles repeat all over again, short term attention grabbers supporting the over-arching agendas.
Listen, I get it, things are happening, but the fixation, the surprise (how are you even surprised, really?), the panic, sets in and everyone who claims to be awake and enlightened falls right into another trap. Me too, sometimes, Note to self!!!
STOP IT. (ok, this one is yelling, mostly to myself)
Everything is not a psyop or an attack, but everything can steal your attention and become hyped up, real or not, and before you know it an entire day is lost with nothing to show for it! Some things are creations of the collective consciousness made manifest, archetypes changing shaep, the game pieces rotating once more, and everyone has a part in it whether they want to look at it or not.
So why not mark yourself safe right now from another PSYOP.
Make a pact with yourself, the next time someone messages you the latest conspiracy, tragedy, psyop or false flag, you’ll not react with a frantic feverish running around in circles? Seriously, make a pact with yourself, do it.
(If you have stumbled upon this and have no idea what I’m talking about and have yet to tumble down any rabbit holes, well, mark this page and come back later)
Take a deep breath. Ask yourself, how does this latest “thing” actually affect me? What is the diversion? What is the real message? Am I going to CHOOSE to let this take my time and energy today off my purpose, my mission, my goals, my enjoyment of being alive, my life? Can I harness this message into something helpful?
You’ve only got today. So the phones go out, ok, well take a walk, go outside, stay calm, there is enough mayhem already out there, or sit around and panic, up to you!
You are not helpless and you are not under attack by yet another “invisible enemy,” or are you…dramatic pause…can you hear the laugh of Cruella De Vil?
Which invisible enemy is it going to be today…. can you SEE what’s happening? Stop right here, how many times has a threat of an invisible enemy made you believe something? How many times has the threat of an invisible enemy been used to usher in an agenda? How many times has an invisible enemy been anything other than invisible? It’s the BELIEF in it that makes it real, like Santa, like the monster under your bed as a child…only you’re not a child anymore.
How many times is the same playbook of tricks going to be used to provoke an emotional reaction, one usually about safety. Guess what, you are never safe except for the safety you cultivate inside yourself, the peace you create for yourself and the inner work you do to find harmony amidst the chaos that always is and always will be. It’s an inside job.
The worry about the thing makes the thing itself worse, versus not giving the thing all your focus probably means it won’t affect you as much, at least that has been my experience and I used to be paranoid and worried too. We reinforce the fear by spending countless hours on things that then gives consent to the thing by default of that time we gave away and can’t get back.
Look at it like this, when fasting, you go into autophagy and all the bad things supposedly eat themselves, right? This is how the bigger picture works too, starve the thing of your attention and it will obliterate itself. I’m sure you’ve probably experienced this in more ways than one in your own life if you think about it. The egregore of the collective unconscious needs attention to sustain, starve it or feed it, you choose?
We live in a realm where Divine Law governs us, natural law. Within this, you can react or respond, comply or use the best words ever, “I do not consent.” To respond is to be responsible or Response-Able, it means you don’t blame whatever it is that is going on in the outer world, real or imagined, for your circumstances and sometimes it means helping those are are not able to respond. I am not saying bad things don’t happen, they do, nor should anyone skirt accountability, but a return to living, remembering and finding the humaness in humanity means finding that compassion inside ourselves first. It’s also a recognition that Natural Laws, a set of immutable conditions, not made by man, govern the consequences of the Universe and behavior.
The system is doing what it’s meant to do. It seems a lot of people need the system…until they realize they don’t. There is order in chaos, you cannot have one without the other, however, we can bring the pendulum of extremes back to a more harmonious state of flow.
Can you focus on clarity, awareness and actions that are within your control? Can you choose to take action that will help you abandon this sense of panic and powerlessness by working on being more prepared and powerful?
Here are some things I work on and ponder:
- Ask yourself, is it useful to get out of the intellectual and social media hot air headlines and into the body (meaning, can I get the bleep out of my own way and stop the over thinking), go do something like take a walk, make something, dance, hang out with your dog, write, just do anything, but scroll?
- Ask yourself, what can I learn that gives me real insight and action steps to feel more safe, secure and sovereign in my life? This information is more readily available than ever, it’s empowering, it’s not just esoteric mystical insight but rooted real life practical steps that can guide you towards greater inner-standing of how the world works and how to navigate it as the authority of your own life.
- Ask yourself, how is continuously talking about the same thing wrapped in a different costume actually helping anyone?
- Ask yourself, what is the worst-case scenario and are you prepared for that, what would you do? What steps could you take today that would make you a little bit more confident and prepared ---- now go do that, that one little thing, that one step. Maybe it’s prepping, learning to be a little bit more self-sufficient, maybe it’s recognizing your connection to the Divine that can calm your nervous system and guide you, maybe it’s simply taking some deep breaths, whatever it is, you can do it.
What if we thought about these things daily:
Body: How can I move my body that will cultivate joy, health and vitality? How can I ensure my environment is supporting me as my body and my home are deeply intertwined?
Mind: How can I still my mind and keep myself from getting distracted and doing things that aren’t benefiting me on my path, but taking away my energy and focus that could be of better service elsewhere?
Emotions: How can I access my deepest intuitive wisdom by feeling the full spectrum of my emotions and by connecting with my senses throughout the day, not to be ruled by them, but to be a receiver of the wisdom always available through embodiment, a sensorial doorway, through the magnetic and electric frequencies of living?
Spirit: Don’t just pray, learn and meditate, ask yourself how can I BE spiritual today by doing something, ever how small, to contribute back to the Universe as a thank you for this experience?
The fanfare is fun, people find ways to connect, to unite, through the emotional bonds of a potential “event,” so maybe it’s not all bad, but you can also move through the game with more ease by knowing yourself, not beating yourself up, and making little steps daily with a willingness to look at hard things while simultaneously following your own path.
Think about it, Mario has to have a plan, some foresight, some skills…he’s got to weave and bob a little bit, he’s got to know when to stop and know when to run…. why does this remind me of that Kenny Roger’s song (Know when to hold ‘em, know when to fold ‘em, know when to walk away, know when to run). Life itself is training, a spiritual warriorship and if the game was easy, everybody would be cool as a cucumber and that’s definitely not the case, is it? How quickly anyone can get sucked into the hive, we’re like Russian Dolls and you have to keep opening up until you get to the middle, until your center is strong yet you can still move with the breeze.
Put your emotions in motion, clear your mind and take a moment to center from the heart…. then, and only then, make decisions. If you don’t, then you’ll be making decisions from fear, fear of something invisible, usually propaganda, and always meant to take you off the path and out of alignment.
Letting go of the dogma and indoctrination does not happen overnight, it’s a humble and hilarious undertaking, everyone is a coroner and no one knows the cause of death without an autopsy of their own inner workings. It’s a little bit morbid, but more like an Addams Family comedy than something that can’t be overcome. The whole world is kooky, spooky and ooky and I’ve made my peace with that and am working diligently to embrace my own cringe.
We’re all on an un-learning and re-learning process, but we aren’t all taking the same mode of transportation, what a bore it would be if we were.
What if just for today, you turned it all off and let it all melt away…what if just for today you didn’t get swept away…and know, tomorrow is another day, you can start again…the game someday will end, so make the most of it, it’s a blessing we’re being given, an opportunity to rise above it all. Even if everything crumbles…the dawn of a new day rises every morning to humble, remember to enjoy the stumbles.
With attempts at finding harmony over the hive, the yin-yang of being alive,
Angela
