Makes me wonder how many of my subscribers are bots. Oh brother...

Ha, you should get a load of the bots on X. They sure love my posts, lol. BTW, how do you recognize a Substack bot? Thx.

I don't know how to recognize a substack bot yet, hopefully they will purge them for us, ha!

Say if I was a bot I'd be treasapurcell53267, have 3 subscribers, no posts up, no personal notes maybe a few restacks, read mostly AI based accounts.

These AI accounts have about 20k subscribers but posts are all paywalled, not many 'likes' which is strange considering the amount of followers.

Just a theory :)

sounds like a pretty good theory, after all it's always the haters on IG and other places that never use real names and hide behind the screen

I used to write AI.

Its definitely a tool for deceit and evil now. Not so in its beginning.

I just told the mainframes what to do, and they had no choice.

Humans do.

Never trust AI today. Never use it.

It seems so for sure. Just like so many things the state of consciousness of the controller transfers energy to the medium. It makes me sad how much angst it has added to so much of life...and we have to work to remove as much as possible, and discipline ourselves to use it as a tool for good and where it is applicable but it breaks down so much more now too, and the subscription fees to use it but then no service when it breaks....all this you know. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Man vs machine. Better bare foot on the grass, than looking at a screen. I know I am addicted too to my screen while waiting. I know I should just be the winds in the trees but the fact is I am human too looking for like minded friends through the machines. Thanks for fighting the bots and algorythms and being a poet that makes me think. Nice to meet you Angela, M. machines bots try customer service " may I talk to a real person please, go to McDonalds talk to a kiosk, go shopping scan on a kiosk...

slowly the machines encroach us on every level and layer.... yet only IF we allow ourselves to not take long walks away from all devices and then return to eagerly peak at whats on the screen. Better bare foot on the grass than nose on the glass. Nice to meet ya! Happy Sunday.

How sadly true yet also funny: "Hackers hack, catfish catch, Facebook Fact Checks, Linked in lurks, and nothing is safe from harm, the data harvesters can delete anything, any meme, but leave up all the free debauchery… oh - how - neat!"
