I ran across a statement in a recent book called, Let This Radicalize You. It tells us that we are told to fear other humans when it’s governments and corporations that are destroying the planet and humans.
Pay attention to the narratives we hear and speak. Notice the humans you actually run across and ask yourself what is really true!
I am not familiar with that book but from my own experience that is more than true...especially since 2020. Thanks for reading and stopping by with a comment.
Reading this felt like walking through a garden of memories and losses - so many things we once took for granted, now replaced by screens and algorithms. And you didn’t just highlight the problem; you issued a call to action. This piece lingers in the mind long after the last word is read.
It's a great resource. The bee keeping guy is local and I took a class from him in person and signed up for the online one for a refresher. :) thanks Tesstamona!
I'm right there with you Angela, technology is not worth the price of both our humanity and our souls. Every time there is a technological advancement it means we lose that ability to do it for ourselves, i.e. your example of using GPS vs a map, think about the eras past when mankind traversed the seas using only the stars and a sextant, highly doubt there are many sailors, if any, who could do that now. The high priests of technocracy want us all to be dumbed down to the point we bow before their marvelous machines, thanking them for saving us from our idiocy. This can all be prevented if we all choose to say no more, take your technological poisons and shove them up your ass.
Great post. Depressing in some ways…

Amen to that!
