This is a fantastic piece. Timely. Insightful. Discerning. (One of my favorite words.) I think you would like my work.

One thing I've come to realize is that people truly going through the awakening process need to know is that it is just that, a process. So much of the fake spiritual community sells, so called enlightenment, as bliss, peace and joy, but this is the biggest lie. Undoing and true awakening is a descent that takes time to emerge from, to change the patterns and coping mechanisms from the madness of the world, to grieve our old selves, to heal ....so to me this understanding that it is a slow emergence with ebbs and flows has been comforting. It sounds to me like you are trusting yourself and know the way best for you. <3 I hope this is helpful (I do the tibetan rites too, but not as consistent as I should be)....p.s. I love Ireland and have ancestry there that makes me feel deeply connected to the spirit of the land.

I understand. From my experience this is part of the process of awakening, the key is not to get "stuck" in that phase. I appreciate your vulnerability and comment, it's a messy undoing and process to healing the many areas of life affected by what we didn't know and how that affected us. Through contemplation and empowered action we find our way to our sovereign footing, calm inside the storm....the journey is filled with twists and turns...trust yourself, you've got this! <3 Blessings to you, so glad you're here!
