Truth serum for truther’s is surely not going to win me many admirers inside of the “truth community,” which is ironic considering they shout truth to those unwilling to see what the aspects of reality are very clearly, those unwilling to look.
I deliver this serum with compassion and love as I, too, had to move through this cycle to get where I am now, while knowing there is always another level if I can keep myself from getting stuck in some arbitrary “end point” inside a reality always showing up as a distraction.
Through the layers of awakening it’s easy to reach thresholds such as government is good, but only if it’s small…. But is it though? The continuous lack of self-accountability means getting on a wheel of loops where the high of dopamine drama and worrying thoughts bring forth a commiseration around “I can’t believe “THEY” did that.”
The finger pointing doesn’t solve a problem.
The finger pointing doesn’t empower people to make better choices in their own life.
The finger pointing doesn’t change the behavior of another. It only distracts from what is possible to change-create-choose in your own life.
I’m not saying bury your head in the sand and pretend things aren’t happening in the world-at-large but I can assure you this has always been the case, even though it may have become manifest in different ways throughout history.
You must keep going deeper into yourself to unravel and re-wind a nervous system under the indoctrination of another level of awareness, yet still one wrapped up inside the frequency of fear and lack. The worrying of “what might be” helps speed that very thing up, as where energy goes attention flows and that results in behaviors that resist what we don’t want instead of creating what we do want.
Even truth “philosophers” spiral into oblivion inside their own heads losing sight of the purpose of living, of thriving, of creating beautiful experiences inside an awe inspired world.
When we lose sight of the shore, we lose our way, and float into the abyss where no light-house can reach and a lifeboat won’t be sufficient to carry you home.
I’m not saying don’t seek truth, do, but seek it from a fundamental level of enlivening your spirit, holding yourself accountable for your role in your life as-it-is-right-now, and with the intent of knowing who you are, where you are and why you are here. Ask yourself are my choices assisting me in becoming more of me? Are my choices aligned with my desire to thrive in life as an individuated-sovereign-self-realized energetic being infused with Divinity, or am I playing small, or even worse, not participating in life at all?
“The secret to change is, not in fighting the old, but putting all of your attention in building the new.”
As truthers point out the obvious and shout warnings about another kind of serum that is definitely not benevolent in its creation, one must ask themselves, how long will I shout to an audience that does not want to hear the words coming out of my mouth, no matter how important and truthful?
Truth hurts, yet it liberates and frees, it brings realness into the human experience, it reminds us of our naivety, ignorance, and invites in humility. It also invites in the opportunity to do better, show up differently and know thyself. To observe and bring expanded self-awareness into our lives is to listen to what our gut is “really” telling us, not what we tell ourselves to make ourselves feel better.
This same sentiment can be said of holding strong to that sense of integrity in how we communicate with others. Sometimes the lesson comes in also knowing when it’s time to stay silent, to move on, or to practice delivering the wisdom held inside of us in a different way, to a new audience, or to even ask ourselves if there is more to learn before speaking up.
There are a lot of people yelling about a lot of things but few offering solutions, real value, moving past thresholds and re-evaluating new ways of living outside of conspiratorial circles, after all, once you didn’t know what you know now. Everyone has something to teach the other when we steady ourselves (on a steady non-spinning unshakeable ground) with conviction, compassion and grace.
What words are you speaking and are they bringing insight, solutions, empowerment or joy…. or just more fear?
The truth serum for truthers is about zooming out to see the larger picture that everyone is here to have a unique experience, to choose how they will show up every day and the simple fact that not everyone wants to hear the truth, pursue excellence, face challenges, overcome fears or seek growth….and that’s their prerogative.
Take a self-assessment and ask yourself, where am I at a standstill? What threshold have I peaked at? In what way can I show up differently today?
Feeding and resisting what we don’t want is not the answer. Take a deep breath, then take a step forward into finding what you do want.
I understand how there is purpose and passion in feeling like it is useful or helpful to show others what they cannot see, but it’s not sustainable and it is draining.
Turn that energy inward and ask yourself, is this my purpose really, or is there something much greater for me to focus on that is truly energizing and fulfilling for me to make the most of the gift of life.
It’s ok to change course.
It’s ok to move past a threshold.
It’s ok to shift again and again and again, always into the next best version of yourself, after all this is it, this now moment, this life.
No matter what the “truth” is or what is happening out there in the matrix of evil-doers, life waits for us to recognize the glory calling right under your nose, right out your door: the birds know, the trees show, the sun glows, the wind blows, everything waits for you step into the flow and say hello….even though the world is filled with chaos and suffering, even though the world is filled with people who do things we don’t like and that are of ill intent….even though….
The ultimate truth serum is the willingness to be honest with ourselves. It is in this brutal honesty where walls crumble, shifts happen and our relationship to the outside world can truly change, after all, it all starts inside of us and we can change.
Are you growing more fear or are your ready to grow a more beautiful life?
