Misty Mystification

The image in this video is the view from my back porch.

Sometimes I sit and watch the mist roll in and it feels like mystery coming to life.

The veil worn by Mother Earth un-invisible for a short time.

A clouded vision of what lives beyond the mist gives way for imagination, but also lack of clarity, like clouds that have fallen, lost their flotation.

In this life, sometimes we have to de-mystify ourselves from that which obscures our path, while simultaneously finding comfort by stepping into the unknown.

Walking through mist is a baptism in clarity, you can’t see what it hides until you are right in front of it….the mist washes over you and you can’t feel it….but it’s there.

Life is a constant revelation, but only if you dare to walk into the smoky-like droplets, held by the Divine Mother, wrapped up in her wisdom.

When the veil lifts, the view is clear, we take chances, a practice of knowing when to step into it and when to wait.

Can you be carried by the mist? Can you see beyond the senses?
Can you enjoy the etherial display? Can you welcome the clouded way?
Do you wonder what she hides…inside the cloak, can you let her guide?
