Nature is not bad and Matter Matters.
Who is else is tired of hearing about ascension? Who else has witnessed spiritual leaders claim to be enlightened yet be fully checked out of reality, head in the clouds, and doing everything possible to escape life? Has anyone you know actually ascended into such a state of “5D” consciousness that they no longer have to live inside the human experience (and why would they want to) …are these people exempt from getting stuck in traffic or sitting on the phone for an hour trying to get through customer service or needing a Band-Aid for a cut or some other aspect of living that even the most “claiming” to be guru of gurus can’t avoid?
Ultimately, is this not a trauma response or some kind of coping mechanism to the stressors and pressure this realm brings that drives the belief of always wanting to ascend (or use that term as a gaslight for escapism), instead of learning to regulate emotions, nervous system irregularity, and work with the inner-energy of our physicality, of our body, mind and spirit that will give us much more wholeness in our experience than always seeking to transcend the physical?
The physical IS spiritual, it is part of why we are here. The physical gives us feedback constantly to guide us into where we are, how we are doing and what we need to work on within ourselves, all of it is connected!
The rising of the kundalini, the raising of the chrism, working with various spiritual and alchemical processes does not exempt us from the physical reality but are opportunities to work with, enhance, alchemize and move deeper into it, not escape it.
This energy doesn’t just go up or down, it cycles, it circles, it spirals, it needs to move within the beingness of the human experience. It helps us work with all parts of our existence.
I KNOW is the the crown chakra. This is related to the inner knowing, the guidance we all have that needs no outside advice, proof, or influence. This is also related to the mind, to the thoughts we cultivate and nourish in order to create life instead of letting it happen to us.
I SEE is the third eye chakra. This is related to discernment, self-awareness and intuition, the willingness to look, to open our inner eye to the world around us and our own hidden shadows as well as synchronicities and messages always there, but waiting to be seen.
I SPEAK is the throat chakra. This is related to our level of openness, integrity, authenticity and truth, the aspect of self that invites courage and honesty, as well as the understanding of how the words that come out of us impact the reality we experience.
I DO is the solar plexus. This is related to our energy, power, and potential, how we build confidence through taking action aligned with our values, purpose and principles.
I LOVE is the heart chakra. This is related to how we show up for ourselves and others, the way we extend compassion, communication and care. Love in action moves beyond just the feeling and into connection that can permeate with permanence into the aether, into all of time and space.
I FEEL is the sacral chakra. This is related to passion, play, joy and sexuality, the fire inside that must be given attention and molded with intention. The inner child wanting to express, the lover wanting to be caressed, the joy wanting to be unfurled in shared laughter, the flame that needs fuel to stay bright, to be enlivened beyond the spark.
I AM is the root chakra. This is related to feeling safe, being grounded to Mother Earth, centered, connected with nature. This is the connection to the material world, to prosperity, to our sovereignty, to our roots and foundation.
The root connects us to earth, the crown to heaven, this and the bridge in between is our haven to navigate, create, grow, connect, to work with the energy of the unseen that moves up our spine and learn to sense it, feel it in the physical form, to bear witness to its power, to hear its whisper, to notice the goosebumps, to pay attention to the signals, to take the wheel (the spinning wheel) and steer it.
Finding embodiment is learning to be fully present with the experience we are having in the flesh, both the persona and the part of us that transcends it, both the humbling aspects of being and the powerful gifts that give us the choice to show up, explore, be present and see what we are “made of” instead of spending all our time complaining about how we want something different than what is.
Whether it’s the senses or the chakras, the vessel is a gift to step into, to feel into, to play with, to experience, to change, to heal, to go deeper into, to transcend…all of it. It is in this home where the sacred spark, the essence, the shakti, swirls around inside of us, daring us to touch it, taste it, feel its fire…to trust we won’t get burned because we are it. The flame flickers then it roars, but it is always there reminding you that to be here, to be human, is to be in the passionate throws of a sensual dance, the ecstatic bliss of being, the opportunity to live fully by recognizing the all-encompassing, all embodying Divinity of the gift of life…in all its weirdness, ugliness, messiness, beauty, joy and sorrow….and to know, see, speak, feel, love, be!
Now let’s light this place up, shall we?
I AM.
