Poetry has healed many wounds in me.
I hear words in rhymes, as if my mind wants to beat out of time.
I see faces in strange places, the Universe smiling back from empty spaces.
Life plays like an animation waiting on my imagination.
The heartbeats of trees reach out through their energy.
I grab a branch and take a ride, from “see” to shining “see.”
